Please include your device model, iOS version and a short description of what happened. Do not email payment-card information.
Restore Premium
Open DRAFT and choose Restore Purchases from the Premium screen while signed into the Apple Account used for the original purchase.
Manage or cancel a subscription
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, then choose DRAFT.
Purchase or billing issue
Payments are processed by Apple. For charges, refunds or Apple Account billing issues, use Apple’s purchase-support options.
Common questions
Do my friends need the app too?
No. DRAFT is designed to be played together on one device.
Why is Premium still locked after purchase?
Check that you are using the same Apple Account, then try Restore Purchases. If the problem continues, email support.
Can I suggest a category?
Yes. Send suggestions to the support email above. We may add new categories and game content over time.
